Whilst this may not seem directly on topic with law and banking i think its a prerequisite for honing our skills in the art of deduction and argument and therefore enforcing the terms of any contract which we believe to be in our favour or removing any obligation that someone is trying to force upon you.

Using some of these things to get to foundation evidence of any claim with short sentences with minimum verbs asking people to admit or deny your answers can assist in getting to the truth of the matter.
