When you assist a “Repossession” you will have some really well pre conceived ideas or you are just taking orders.
Both options are the wrong ones.
You went into the job for probably and hopefully the correct reasons.
You are only at a “Repossession” for an Offence called “Breach Of The Peace”.
This is essentially a civil matter that you are getting into but when you realise what is actually going on you may decide others are committing criminal offences which come attached with sentences with periods in prison.
You as a Constable need to comprehend the mind set of anyone who is trying to defend their home as their castle.
It is becoming extremely clear that the alleged paperwork purported to be a warrant of possession has no validity in law.
We would ask you to check with your constabulary solicitor or barrister what constitutes ALL the elements of a lawful warrant and get this in writing for your fellow Constables in your area.
NEVER act on pieces of paper that do not contain these elements.
Where there is any doubt you should never act on them either.
Please reread your Oath and the attached MetFed document to remind you of the role that you agreed to serve for the People of this fine country.
Many of these “Repossessions ” now are not where people have not paid their bills, but where they are challenging the lawfulness of the agreement and whether that agreement is enforceable, by law in the courts and not by fraud.
We think that you will have a considerable knowledge of the act of Theft, it might be worthwhile brushing up on that as well, as its to permanently deprive someone of their property, but we hope that you can provide us further and more accurate particulars for discussion.
Please comprehend that the People who are now defending their homes in this way have lawful excuse and have an honestly held belief that the court system and men in suits are trying to steal their homes and have not been allowed the full disclosure of facts within the court room to make a full and complete defence in law.
This fraud is the biggest one in the country, in fact the world.

This Mortgage Fraud is based on one very simple concept namely:
YOU WERE NEVER LENT ANY MONEY AND YOU ARE THE ORIGINATING CREDITOR.
As a Constable you can acquire the right to obtain ANY evidence that you need to investigate a crime.
If you choose not to, that would be negligence.
Your Economic Crime Units are being told not to investigate this crime. WHY?

Having spent a few hours on this subject you will be able to see that People have a full excuse by law to defend their property.
There is case law where you should never get involved with a civil dispute unless there might be a Breach of The Peace. If there is no correct paperwork it not be the homeowner who is committing this offence and you should be arresting the Bailiffs/HCEO for attempted theft using fraudulent documents.
Also make sure you never get used as an “Agent” see The Law of Agency
If your Constabulary could be used as an agent for a fraudulent claim…
Why can’t your neighbouring force be used to defend someone’s house? You can work this logic out for yourself?
If not how can you ever be seen as an independent Office of Constable if you just do as you are told and NEVER examine paperwork?.

Taking someones house is actually theft.
It would therefore be incumbent on any Constable to ensure that any alleged paperwork is in fact a real court document.
